Terms of Service

Welcome to Orang Digital Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We specialize in professional Landing Page design and development. Our services are project-based (one-time fee) as detailed in your selected package. We do not charge recurring monthly subscription fees for design services.

2. Fees and Payments

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon your approval of the final design, prior to the website going live.
Payment Methods: All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the methods specified on our official invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your project is completed within the agreed timeline, you agree to:

Provide all necessary text, logos, and high-quality images in a timely manner.
Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
Provide feedback and approvals promptly during the design phase.

4. Project Timeline

We aim to deliver your landing page within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the package and the speed of your content submission. Delays in receiving content or feedback from your side will result in an extension of the launch date.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Website Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, you own the unique visual design (UI/UX) of your landing page.
Company Property: Orang Digital Studio retains ownership of any underlying code, core system configurations, or pre-existing templates used in the development process.

6. Hosting, Security, and Maintenance

Unless specified in your package, you are responsible for your own web hosting and domain renewal fees.
While we follow industry best practices for security and speed, we are not liable for any issues caused by third-party hosting providers or external cyber-attacks.

7. Termination

You may cancel the project at any time. However, the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded as it covers the costs of labor and resources already committed to your project.

8. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any business-sensitive information, data, or strategy shared with us during the project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
